The Persian Garden in the Persian Gulf

The Persian Garden has been selected as a suitable new “brand” for Kish Island as it pertains so closely to the history of Persia. The Persian Garden is one of the most seminal products of the Iranian mind. For Persia it was and it is representing the story of love of life and therefore a celebration to everything which is alive in nature.
The image of walled gardens dates back to the early days of cultivation of land.
The Persians were the first to realize the idyllic potential of such places and their gardens – secluded from the desert beyond their boundaries. The Persians have given to the western world a vision of (Garden) Eden. The Persian Garden – the green oasis – typifies the Persian idea of paradise on earth Within which two major natural elements are used, water as source of all life and the tree, which for its height was closer to heaven. The Persian Garden of Kish Island is a striking image of a garden like island surrounded by Water, Full of trees, plants and green parks a pleasant meeting place for friends and Families, a place of culture, heritage and even spiritual solitude, a formal adjunct to houses or places, which it surrounds giving a natural image to the urban structure of the Island showing an intrinsic unit between man and nature, where man respects, develops but also shapes the nature in a humble and sustainable way.
